Sophrosyne Dragons are a rare sight, typically making themselves known only to protect and heal the vulnerable. A visit from one serves as a reminder that kindness prevails, and that there’s always hope for positive change. While it is known that they possess the power to reverse botched spells, some claim they can even cure methodically-cast curses. This has never been formally documented, but these dragons have been seen arriving in the aftermath of violence, and the scars of tragedy seem to heal faster in their wake. The feathers of a Sophrosyne have thus become a symbol of perseverance and light in the face of darkness.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Purpleeye is the Tribe's deputy, and is always trying to learn more and prepare himself to undertake his mentor and leader Redtail's tasks. He also spends a lot of time with his mate, Orangescale, and his children. He is the dragon that organizes patrols, attacks, and hunts. He often spends a lot of time in the nursery, to the point of being annoying. He can be on the verge of needy, going to Redtail on a hourly basis, for every worry and question. He can be a very good diplomat, and very convincing to other leaders. He is quite dependent on Redtail. He dreads the day he'll have to lead. For now, he intends to learn as much as he can.
