When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Being one of the few Water dragons that are filled with wanderlust, Suiichirou left his lake early on in his life to journey through the ocean on his global excursion. His kind personality has often led to him saving drowning fisherman and the like, particularly in stormy seas, which has turned him into a bit of a legend. Many fishermen now fondly regard him as a welcomed visitor to their shores and have given him some strange pet-names like "Sui", "Fishy lizard"Â Â "Nessie". Some fishermen are so fond of him that they even hand-feed him some of their catch, which he gobbles up with a great gusto.
One fisherman noted that Suiichirou's favourite food appears to be salmon. He also has a penchant for shark fins, but unlike humans, he eats the whole shark (perhaps due to his motto of "waste not, want not"). He is also very fond of blue whale meat, but finds the waters of the polar regions of the world a little too cold for his liking.
