Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Unlike the other hatchlings, this one hatched with wings.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Coffee Stunts Your Growth JD did not get frozen the same way as other hatchlings. Instead of having a spell cast on him to stop him from growing, he found a cup filled to the brim from his master on a table. He had wondered what coffee tasted like, so he took a big gulp of coffee. It turned out he rather liked coffee, so he drank the whole glass. After a while, his master wondered why  he hadn't grown, so Coffee Stunts Your Growth JD told him. His master then informed him that the coffee probably stunted his growth, and named him Coffee Stunts Your Growth JD as a warning to the other hatchlings. Coffee Stunts Your Growth JD now has an addiction to coffee, and he snatches his master's coffee at every chance.
