Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lord Dino and Lord Bounce are the very best of friends. They share everything, from their food to their hoards of gold and treasure to, recently, their lover. Everyone expected there to be trouble when Lady Justice clutched a blue striped egg and announced its father was Lord Dino, but he and Lord Bounce are as close as ever. Many of the aristos in Credo Lair were scandalized when Lord Dino moved into Lady Justice's lair while Lord Bounce was still in residence, but they have never been happier. Lord Dino is a caretaker through and through. He has the best parenting instincts out of the three of them, and he's never happier than when rushing around to take care of the ones he loves. He especially enjoys grooming his loved ones, and he can spend hours working Lady Justice's hide to a brilliant gleam.
