Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon... except for the tangle of dangerous-looking vines surrounding it...

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

DarkForestVines is a Dark Green Dragon hatchling who is much like his mother. He's friendly and won't eat other dragons or humans—and not just because he isn't big enough to catch any. He loves telling jokes to the other hatchlings, and loves to make a hatchling roll on the ground with mental laughter. He's very shy though, and can't talk to most dragons face to face.
