Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Neil was looking over the children, watching them play on a high ledge. "Look! He's smiling!" Shouted a voice from behind to another. He didn't bother turning around. He recognized the voice. He knew it was Cher, or Cherilyn. She always makes fun of him because he never smiles. But who was she talking to. It was Jessica. Jessica Origliansso. She never believed anything or made fun of anything that Cher said. Jessica always comforted Neil. The children were having so much fun. Cher didn't stop giggling, so Neil left. How could he do that. He needed to stand up for himself, not let one dragon make fun of him. He didn't care. Everyone else believed he was the strongest out of them all, so he was voted King of the cave, and of course, Cher was Queen. She thought she could make fun of everyone and boss them around like slaves, unlike Neil. He like to do things himself, making it easier for the other dragons in the cave.
