Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Leioth is a creepy dragon, plain and simple. Oddly enough, she doesn't go out in the sunlight at all—maybe her oil glands are a bit mutated. Perhaps she doesn't have proper protection from sunlight. At any rate, when one sees her bright red eyes glinting in the moonlight like a cat's, one is seized with a peculiar desire to be as far away from the area as possible. If that doesn't drive away intruders, the eerie hissing sounds that she makes when irritated will. She's oddly affectionate to her owner, making odd trilling noises and nuzzling her whenever she sees her. Her master is rather fond of this peculiar dragon as well, enjoying the company of the white watcher in the dark.
