Nhiostrife Wyverns are one of the few known breeds of wyvern with more than one set of wings. Because of their four wings, Nhiostrifes are very nimble in the air and control their movements with ease. When it’s mating season, males put on a very beautiful and unique air dance in an attempt to charm a female. The amount of stripes on their wings vary, with more stripes being more attractive, although most have only two to four. Their general attitude is very passive and curious—they only fight if they or their families are in danger.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Deer People is part of a small, tight-knit group of Nhiostrifes living in a remote desert valley hidden up in the mountains. This remote vale is a place of strange occurrences and even stranger dragons and they have little to no contact to the outside world. It's suspiciously similar to another community in a far-off dragon clan.

Deer People always covers her face with a mask that has the countenance of a very concerned deer - or perhaps not concerned. Disapproving, or maybe merely world-weary and under a lot of stress. Regardless, recent circumstances in the area have made the other Nhiostrifes quite suspicious of deer in general. Local wild deer have been allowing themselves to be hit by passing travelers or experience other painful events with glee. They have also begun to multiply, as the population has suddenly exploded but with odd mutations. Finally, the deer gather around the dragons' homes and hum eerily without stopping.

Deer People has something to do with it, some mutter.
