Anagallis Dragons are a medium-sized omnivorous breed. Widespread and adaptable, their easygoing nature enables them to flourish under most conditions. They are social creatures, fun-loving and outgoing, and will readily defend smaller dragons from others’ aggression. They are fond of sunshine, and can often be found basking on rocks; on cloudy or stormy days they are more reluctant to venture out, and will often hide themselves away until the weather is more favorable.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This young Anagallis dragoness grew up alone, never knowing her parents. Sure, there were her owner's dragons in charge of the nursery, but that isn't the same as the loving embrace of a mother or father. As she grew up, she realized that there were other young ones who felt the same way she did, and became very protective of them. Eventually a secret group of dragons whose mission is guarding the cave from threats, both from outside and within, recruited her into their ranks. There she found her true home, making many friends, and even falling in love—until her love betrayed the group to another, more sinister organization who tried to take over. Ultimately, after a hard fight her group prevailed, though they know there will be other battles to come and that their work is never done.
