Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

As a hatchling, Sprite was kept by ruthless human scientists who raised him as food for their experiments. Day by day, from the confines of his cage, the little green hatchling saw his siblings being fed to a variety of scary creatures. One day as his last sister was being taken out, Sprite decided to make his escape! No one noticed the little green hatchling who darted quick as a wink out of the cruel labs and finally flew to freedom. Because he was not raised near other dragons, he is not the brightest of the bunch, and still believes his name is "Stuffed Sprite" no matter what other names his new dragon friends give him.
