Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

As a young hatchling, Curiosity could never be told what to do. She didn't have any parents and none of the dragons of the Clan would foster such a wild dragon. She snuck into her owner's home and saw something that she was absolutely not meant to see-- her owner's secret lab! Genetically altered fruit trees and other plants dominated this massive room. Humans in white lab coats chased her away with fiery torches, but didn't see fit to tell cookiejar33, Curiosity's owner, that there was a dragon in the lab. Therefore, Curiosity escaped with little more than a mental scar and a wild tale nobody believed.
