Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Most of the time, Rootfang is hardly remembered by the other dragons in her clan, probably due to the fact that she hardly-if ever- makes a sound. She loves the hatchlings and eggs, but is shy to ask if she may spend time with them. This leads to a lot of awkwardness, and thus the only dragons who really understand her are the Guardian dragons.  Rootfang also seems to have a huge fear of male dragons, which is understandable as she grew up with a primarily female clan, and tends to run away whenever a male is around.
