Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Like the woodland stream next to which she lives, Lapis is calm and soft-spoken and keeps a level head in the face of danger. Well minded, with a steady sense of judgement and wisdom beyond her years, Lapis Swirl is truly an exceptional Royal Blue. She enjoys a quiet, leisurely-paced life beside a gently gurgling stream. She loves to lie down in the shade and watch the water leap merrily over the stones. She possesses great interest in astronomy and takes regular hikes to the top of a nearby cliff to take notes on the path of the moon and record the positions of constellations. On warm summer mornings, one can find her wading drowsily in the pools that edge the riverbanks or napping on the cool, soft sand with waves lapping gently at her talons. Her favorite treasures are silver mirrors because they reflect the sky, much in the same way water does.
