Royal Crimson Dragons are so named due to their massive size and confident, regal bearing. Most of the time they are laid back, ignoring non-prey creatures smaller than themselves, although they will occasionally take fresh kills from other dragons as a reminder of their place in the social order. Although there are few other dragons large enough to pose a threat to Royal Crimsons, they have little tolerance for potential rivals and will fiercely defend their territory from such intruders.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Like his name, Candy is surprisingly sweet for a Royal Crimson. He has the same hatchling-like energy as his father, Royal, and loves playing games. He has two "modes" essentially: playful sugar rush mode and tired crash mode. He shifts between these over a cycle during the week, with some discrepancies here and there. Some days, he is rearing to go and fully active, running around and causing total mayhem with his parents. Other days, he is completely out and spends hours upon hours asleep. Candy is very friendly for his breed and seems to lack the innate sense of superiority Royal Crimsons are known for. He's curious of other creatures and loves playing with all manner of them, even if he can underestimate his own strength and hurt them accidentally. He is not outwardly violent or even that skilled a hunter, leading his more dangerous family members to label him soft. This kind of stigma does haunt Candy and forces him to stick very close to his less judgemental parents.
