Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s extremely curious and seems to enjoy exploring the area around it.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

One Who Loves To Be Themself's personality comes from the fact he's a purple dragon. Since all the other dragons say he's a girl he simply acts like one, happy to do so because it's what he wants. But despite him acting like this and being happy who he is the other dragons often keep their hatchlings away out of anger and fear of him. He is a exceptional hatchling for standing them down and to take the constant threats from the older dragons.
