And look! It has grown feathers! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Mashairi loves sweets and sugar. He's a young Sweetling dragon and he lives up to his breed's standards. Mashairi is good-nature and loves to play. When he picks up a sweet scent, either it coming from tree sap or candies, then he instantly focuses. When Mashairi wants it then he will not change his course until he gets it and usually after eating he'll get a sugar rush and run around as if he lost his marbles, but when it ends then he will go back to normal and usually sit quietly and listen to a story or curl in his nest to sleep.
