Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Lashing out its long whip-like tail will hurt and possible make a bruise, but this dragon uses its tail not for attacking, but for balance! Never had this dragon used his tail to attack. But one day he was lost, he looked up and he saw a... VAMPIRE DRAGON! It snapped at him but he dodged it. He got his tail and tried to snap at him, and what a spark it made! The vampire dragon was basically on fire! Now he knew that his tail could also make other dragons run away.
