Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Drekkus is a very proud red dragon. His father is DK's Choucream—Chocolat, a pink dragon, and his mother is Radia S Chocolat, a red dragon. According to many clan members, Drekkus is a very brave dragon. As a very young hatchling, he was hit hard by quite a large stone and he didn't even shed a tear. As an adolescent dragon, his wings were sprained from a fight in the air with an older wild green dragon and he survived after the hard fall into the main cave's roof, he suffered numerous bone fractures and he was definitely in deep pain, but to the surprise of many- even to the dragon keeper Mozers, Drekkus didn't even cried once. Drekkus always likes to hear adventure stories and hopes that he would one day, go around the world.
