Geode Dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

It was assumed at the time of his birth that he would also stand among the grand stone dragons who aid in keeping the peace on the island. But instead, his birth surprised all. He was born with glowing cave crystals along his body, that sparkle in the sun and glow with the moon. He is strong as stone, head strong to, yet looks vaguely like a delicate crystal. He also glows, but only in the darkest of nights. Even though his birth was a mystery his parents are prideful and they always enjoy his company. Sometimes they even believe he was a gift from the Moon God sent to bless the island they reside on and make it prosper. Every dragon in the cave enjoys his company and the glow he emits.
