Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

User Description

Origami was one of two born from a torn piece of the parchment that makes up the Master's scroll. Its brother, Scribe, came from the other half of parchment that was ripped off by Gabriel (a resident pygmy), playing tug-of-war with the scroll when he was a hatchling. In need of some help to maintain his scroll, Gabriel had given the Scroll Master the idea for the perfect little helpers. Instead of disposing of the scrap of parchment, he cut it into two equal parts and folded them into eggs. The magical properties of the scroll fused the crevices together and the 'shells' grew hard. The resulting paper dragons that hatched had a natural affinity to the scroll they were born from and eagerly took up the task of helping maintain their scroll, each adding their own name as their first entry. As the scroll continues to grow larger, they too will grow in proportion.
