Among the most intelligent of dragons, Razorcrest Wyverns often opt to use their brains over their brawn, hunting prey in elaborate ways and avoiding confrontation through clever diversions. Such efforts are helped by their strong affiliation with the air element; highly magical, Razorcrests can manipulate the wind to distract, disorient, and disarm their opponents. Their wit pervades every aspect of their personalities, which are rather quirky and vary wildly between individuals. However, they are generally amicable toward those who seek knowledge, as they value that above all else.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Prazal's Academy for Inconvenient Talents and Odd Specialties was all Prazal's idea, but Shehwur went along with it so she could keep her agemate out of trouble, as always. She supports Prazal, but wishes she had gone with Shehwur's idea of a library. Libraries bring their own concerns, but unruly patrons, unlike unruly students, are easily thrown out. Also, libraries are far less prone to random explosions. Still, she knows that Prazal needs someone besides reserved Magebane to keep students under control.

When not teaching self-defense or the latest vitally necessary class that Prazal just had to add, Shehwur channels her perpetually angry father and grandfathers to keep students in line through a mixture of intimidation and wind magic. If larger dragons challenge her authority, she has acquired a variety of mostly-harmless (though awkward and inconveniencing) hexes to call upon.
