Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Citrus Magica is one of the cave's most powerful magic users, and she takes great pride in that. She can almost always be found in her lair, creating spells to improve her power and image to other dragons. She will often perform acts of kindness with her magic, not to help others out, but rather to be seen a hero to other dragons.

Years ago, tragedy struck the cave when a hatchling was killed by another dragon. Citrus, confident in her skills even then, volunteered to revive the hatchling. The ritual was only partly successful, however; the hatchling was revived, but it acted completely different and its flesh continued to rot off. Ashamed, Citrus pretended that the hatchling never existed, and even to this day she can't bring herself to look directly at the empty eyes of the undead hatchling. Deep down, she feels a great guilt that she fears will never go away while that hatchling still wanders through the night.
