Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

thank Gosh I'm not Shroomish works closely with her clan's healer, Frost Son. She loves looking after the eggs and hatchlings, and is prepared to go to great lengths to look after one. If her precious eggs are so threatened, she is even prepared to kill (going against her usually peaceful nature). She is one of her owner's oldest dragons. She has watched her clan grow up around her, and is the reason for the other dragons' easy-going childhoods and fond memories. Because of her loving nature, the other dragons refer to her as "Nanny" or "Grandma".
