Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This dragon is quite deaf, though no one knows if it's real or if she is faking it. Nobody speaks to her much, mainly due to the fact that she often replies with in a loud voice, "WAIT WHAT DID YOU SAY" after repeating the words at least five times, most dragons leave in frustration or annoyance. However, dragons have taken to confiding secrets in her, because due to her 'deafness', she often replies to questions with her classic response, allowing them to tell her their darkest and strangest secrets, knowing that she would keep it well.

But, secretly, the deafness is indeed fake, and Wait What Did You Say is actually a very sweet daydream dragon. She feigns deafness because she is overly shy and doesn't want to talk to and socialize with the other dragons, for fear of them rejecting or ridiculing her. However, she often flies away to a secluded cove to be alone with her mate, Fernando Couvre Visser, and under the veil of privacy, she is very eloquent indeed.
