Spotted Greenwings are relatively small nocturnal dragons. Easily recognizable by the fleshy appendages growing off of their head and rump, they are most commonly seen in forests at night, leaping and soaring from tree to tree. While generally social, spotted greenwings are very quiet and rarely make any sort of vocalization. Their bodies are unusually warm to the touch, though they are unable to breathe fire. Greenwings are voracious feeders and will consume nearly any living thing that they can fit in their mouths.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Derpy Sammich has always been timid, but being raised by OmegaVoidFox, she has opened her heart and has become extremely loyal, making up for her rejection as an egg by her mother. Her naturally quiet personality has allowed her to hunt excellently during her life, making her a somewhat hero to her friends. Despite being shy at first glance, Derpy Sammich has grown to be very popular among her fellow dragons, always staying kind and helping out the younger hatchlings in times of need.
