Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The Grey Dragon Cyclona was one of several other offspring of her parents Liriel and Jilan. Cyclona was a quick one to hatch and grow up. She always has a spark to her personally. Once she grew her wings and fly, it was hard for Cyclona to want to stay on the ground. She is a stubborn one indeed. As Cyclona continued to mature, so did her powers. She is able to conjure up lightening and thunderstorms at her whim and scare all the other dragons away, especially the black dragon Furosia, whom she greatly dislikes. Cyclona is quite dominant and will often try to get all the attention of her master, but in the end she knows that she is the one that should lead the pack. Cyclona's favorite activity is to pester the nearby town with fierce thunderstorms and scare the townsfolk, especially during a quiet mid afternoon. When Cyclona does manage to settle down and tucker out, she likes to cuddle up in a tight ball next to the Guardian Dragon Protectorius.
