Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

ATLW, the beautiful mate of IFTL, puts faith in all of her clan mates. ATLW loves all creatures on the face of the planet, even if they were mean to her. ATLW polishes the orb on her tail frequently, and is often seen watering herself in the Baiosper Lake where the moon shines brightly over the blue water. ATLW is deeply in love with IFTL, and calms him when his fears strike him. She dances with him every time the clan has a celebration. They are forever mates, even if they stop producing eggs together. ATLW's story began when the clan decided they wanted to pair up names. Moonstones won the preferred genders, and it is how IFTL and ATLW came to be as names. ATLW played gently with the other hatchlings and comforted them when they got hurt.
