Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tierelle is the deviant of the Amethyst clan. She is constantly sneaking up behind dragons and roaring just to make them jump. Even after several reprimands by the fighting dragons (who not only help defend the clan, but also deal out disciplinary actions when needed)she continues to annoy the heck out of everyone. The leader, Eldeoro, has considered releasing Tierelle, making her a wild dragon, but since no Amethyst dragon has had to be released due to bad behavior, he is reluctant to start.
