Nocturne Dragons are a strange breed. Whenever light strikes their bodies, they are frozen in whatever position they were in. This leaves them vulnerable and they rely on camouflage to keep themselves safe. They are often mistaken for statues when in this frozen state, but Nocturne dragons do not actually turn into stone. Rather, they merely idle until the sun goes down. At night, these dragons come to life, proving themselves to be powerful fliers, although little else is known about their true behavior.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Akkamar is a mischievous and free-spirited dragon. He likes to play 'harmless' practical jokes on others in the cave in the middle of the night, usually making everyone wake up because of one dragon roaring angrily at him. Even so, he can be playful and fun to be around, and loves it when a dragon will stay up a few hours late to fly with him. Akkamar loves to spend his nights flying high up above the mountains and forests, going as high up and as fast as he can and then falling straight down to catch himself at the last second. Akkamar loves doing crazy tricks in the air, and is a great aerial acrobat. However, this can get him in trouble for goofing off when he should be watching. Akkamar is a good lookout and, when needed, quite a fighter, but he hates being put on night watch because he'd rather spend the night up above the clouds.
