What they lack in size and strength, Tatterdrakes make up for in aggression and ferocity. Any perceived threat is seen as a challenge and met with complete hostility; fights for territory are so commonplace that many older Tatterdrakes possess wings so ripped from fighting that they can no longer fly. Tatterdrakes are exclusively solitary except when they are seeking mates, for which they also clash.

Though it may appear at first that dragons and drakes have much in common, the two are completely separate species. Drakes are smaller and less intelligent than their cousin species, though both dragons and drakes sit comfortably near the top of the food chain. They are always found bearing antlers and leathery wings. Drakes share many of the same habitats that dragons do, and typically hunt in packs.

User Description

The scroll-bearer had no idea on how to describe Tatterier but one word: violent. Ever since birth, she would fight against the small jungle insects and creatures before devouring them. Because of that, the scroll-bearer would simply guide her to the prey, instead of catching them first. She grew up and became more aggressive than before, perceiving almost any moving thing as a threat except her caretaker. Upon meeting one or more dragons, she would instinctively fight and defeat them, just to make way for the human to walk through the thick jungles of Galsreim. In countless battles, there are few where Tatterier lost, and in those moments, the scroll-bearer would imbue his sword with fire magic to fend off the opponents. Unlike other dragon species, rather than having her wounds treated by her caretaker, Tatterier takes great pride in them.
