Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Altah (a name similar to the Latin word alta, which means high or elevated) is a dragon who likes to fly. His bad temper has endangered his fellow dragons more then once. The dragons in his cave won't easily forget the day a human came by, trying to steal some eggs.
-Altah saw the human coming and knew he had to do something to save those eggs. He flew up to the human, roaring as loud as he could, making it rain harder then ever. The human ran at the sight of Altah surrounded by black clouds. All was fine again...or so he thought.
When Altah flew back to the cave he noticed a female dragon flying up and down the mountain with eggs and hatchlings on her back. She seemed very worried. He then realized what happened. It was raining so much the cave was flooding!
In the cave was a stone dragon. She had eggs on her back as well, but was unable to fly. At the very last minute Altah managed to calm himself down, thus stopping the rain. He spent all day getting the cave dry and safe again.-
