Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Zyxel wishes that he was like his mate Bjork, insane and creative in a brilliant way. Sadly though he mostly has down the insane part. Whether if it's composing a song built out of four separate, dissonant melodies, or conjuring up the spirits of dead singers with the help of some Magis to perform a duet, Zyxel always surprises his audience. The greatest surprise to sane dragons though is the fact that Zyxel actually HAS an audience at all and a pretty devoted one at that.
