When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Fang and Fontona were two dragons madly in love. Soon after the wedding Fontona Lowa was pregnant with a water egg. After a year the egg had hatched and was a little boy but, things weren't all wonderful in the Tommouwa Caves as there was a clan of Killers that were Vampier dragons. And those Vampiers would hurt and killed the towns people that banished them from the area and most of the time left town burning and most hatchlings never found their mother or father or even lived for that matter. Then the Shames were going to come to the Water Skip Cave, where Fang and Fontona Lowa and their new little boy were the first house in the cave so they had to get out. Sadly they were too late, the town down the road was already burning and the Shames were coming up the road to the cave! All of a sudden a burn piece of wood was flying through the air and hit the caves first den, Fang and Fontona Lowa's. Fontona Lowa kissed Watery Fire Kisser and told him to swim to the Gentle Being Clan.
