This breed of dragon was thought to exist only in legend. Although their name varies between cultures, they are often referred to as “Guardians of Nature.” They are able to channel the forces of fire, ice and lightning, which allows them to wield tremendous power. Seen very rarely, it is thought that they only become active when something is threatening the territory they have chosen to guard. In order to protect their chosen home, these dragons are incredibly adaptable; they have been seen everywhere from remote mountain ranges, to ancient forests, to the darkest depths of the ocean.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Thunder, Ice, and Magma. The moment they attempted to summon an egg, a mysterious egg appeared between them. They edged back, gazing at the egg. The Magma thrust its way forward to gaze upon the mysteries egg. The magma warmed it while the Ice and Thunder hunted for them.

One day, the egg hopped high up, and the shell gave away to reveal a stunning sight. A Hatchling! It quickly stood up and hissed at the wild dragons that peacefully gazed at the young hatchling. All of Dawn's dragons edged towards the young dragon. The dragon took a pace back and hissed a warning, narrowing its eyes. The dragons who summoned the dragon had gazed proudly at the hatchling.

It grew wings and remained guarding the ones it held close. Dawn studied the dragons actions, and felt proud to have it. She had named it "The Greatest Gift Ever." When The Greatest Gift Ever grew up, he learned to care for every dragon and accepted his new home. He now guards all dragons equally.
