Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Craven Foe was always adventurous, from the time she was a hatchling into her adulthood. She always seems to find herself in some strange situation or adventure even if she wasn't meaning to seek adventure. Cavern Depths seemed to recognize this spirit of adventure fairly early on and gave her the name Craven Foe, so as to give her good luck and weaved a simple spell into the name that would hopefully cause her foes to grow faint-hearted and flee at the site of her. The spell is not particularly potent, because some have been able to stand up to her but still she has a rather intimidating demeanor. Her mate is Traversing Troubles, a guardian dragon. They have developed a unique form of fighting together where he focuses all on defense and she on offense.
