Cheese Dragons are not actually alive. They are enchanted items of food that act almost identically to dragons. They have no need to eat, but they must “live” in humid environments or they will dry out and harden.

Saddened by the enslavement of Cheese Dragons by humans for use in wine tastings and grilled cheese sandwiches, Pancho Quesadilla valiantly fought for the freedom of his people, saving lives from horrible conditions. He is recognized as a hero by helping humans to realize their inhumane ways, which led to the making of the dairy farm. He still fights for cheesy justice as a member of The Society for the Humane Treatment of Enchanted Objects.
