Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Once a carefree and wild creature, this male made the mistake of making an enemy of the dread dragon Asis. Defiant in the face of her cruelty, he worked alongside rebel humans and dragons alike to bring an end to her evil, serving as a spy and retrieving valuable information from within the depths of her kingdom. All this changed, however, when he was exposed and captured, dragged before the vicious Golden empress herself. Taking an especial interest in "correcting" him, long years of torture and abuse soon saw him a broken and obedient slave, considering Asis to be both his master and his beloved. He now rarely leaves her side, a fact that his former friends cannot believe until they see it for themselves, horrified at what has become of the gentle and playful creature they once knew.
