This is a baby chick, not a dragon. So what was it doing in the dragons’ cave?

Kylla Hen is a little chick that is always around the two hens Theodora and Clarissa. They seemed to have adopted the small being and protect it from the dragons, although they do not seem to realize that it's the dragons that have decided to let the small being live, just like they decided with its two surrogate mothers. Kylla is very small and hides from everything and everyone most of the time, only appearing when either Clarissa or Theodora presents her with something to eat. Kylla seems to be completely unaware of the world around her, which is probably for the best seeing as the young hatchlings are already placing bets on who will catch the little chick first.
