Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Gaset is the very soul of patience. No matter how crazy or unreasonable dragons around him act, he never loses his cool or even the willingness to see their point of view. He often acts as the go-in-between dragon for Fumee or Nick Fury (neither of whom is very patient) and the more... eccentric dragons associated with the clan, like that separtistic community of Nhios living on the lands claimed by the clan.

On one of his little "missions" he met Nate. Since Gaset was not only willing to listen to her ramblings about time travel and parallel dimensions but also easily accepted the two Summer dragonesses named Rachel who claimed to be Nate's sister (yes singular sister) into the family, he has found himself a loving mate in the Royal Blue dragoness.
