Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Alucinor is a daredevil, always flying close enough to other dragons that he can be seen doing his wild curves in the clear sky. Since his coloring blends in with the sky very well, he always moves at least one of his two sets of wings to draw attention. He loves to try and emulate the shapes of clouds for only a moment before winging off to his next odd trick. He's as hyperactive as his darting style of flight implies, which can grate on the nerves of other dragons. Still, it's possible to look past his eager, incessant chatter to see that underneath is a friendly, care-free dragon who loves to put on a good show.
Still, not many make that choice, so Alucinor has very few close relationships within the flight. He has many casual friends, so he remains fairly contented. Deep within his heart, however, he wishes to meet a dragon he could go spiralling off into the sunset with. He can only hope that she'll come zooming into his life one day.
