Guardian Dragons have large shields on the end of their tails. Although the shields appear to be heavy, they are light, yet nearly unbreakable. Guardian Dragons use their tail-shields, as well as their wings, to deflect attacks and protect others. Often, they will guard the eggs and hatchlings of a nest while others are away. They are generally peaceful, and will not retaliate unless necessary. They have no need to forage or hunt, as they are fed by those they protect.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
As the head of the Guardian dragons of the Dark Sun, an aggressive dragon clan, Reva is always prepared to face with hard assaults from enemies. Believing 'attack is defense', she endured hours of agony under the magic of the clan's Magi dragons to strengthen her body. Reva's tail-shield has spikes along the outline, so sharp that they can penetrate almost everything. Her claws are longer and harder than most dragons of her race. Tiny venom bags lie along her wing bone lines, allowing her to release a poisonous cloud just by flapping her wings. They are meant to be the ultimate move that would kill both her and her enemies if it comes to the point that she has to self-sacrifice to let others escape. Most of the clan's hatchlings are scared of Reva's outer appearance, so she protects them from a little afar, choosing strategic positions where she can best read signals in the rustle of the winds and the rumble of the earth in order to detect intruders and alert other Guardians.
