Among the most elusive of dragon breeds are the Aeon Wyverns, a breed whose innate control over time mana marks them singular and great. They are able to peer into the multi-dimensional plane of time, seeing all that is, all that has been, and all that could be—within a small localized zone. When utilizing particularly strong magic, the black markings carved into an Aeon’s body glow a bright cyan, painting them in an ethereal blue light. In the past, they have been sought after as oracles to bring swift resolutions to major conflicts, but it is in exactly such sorts of times that they are nowhere to be found; rather than influence the outcome, Aeons much prefer to allow the natural order of things to progress, however grim that may be.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This dragon knows that life is full of ups and downs, and uses her power to make others think she can influence the outcome of events. As a result, many creatures around her hold her in awe and more than a little fear.

Some would not believe she is so powerful, but have been tricked. A royal couple declined to invite her to their daughter's christening, so Meliphisint showed up and proclaimed a tragedy she saw: at sixteen, the girl would prick her finger and fall unresponsive. The parents tried to circumvent the 'curse', but sure enough the sixteen-year-old girl did prick her finger and the resulting infection caused her to collapse.

After the parents begged the dragon to remove the curse, she used her power to determine an effective cure, then played up her role in restoring the girl. Now everyone strives to keep in Meliphisint's good graces.
