Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Blooming Toxin was born a Seasonal Dragon. But fate had other plans for him. A rogue Vampire bit him before he could even hatch, turning him into one of their own. His family, disgusted by the rotten stench, abandoned him to die. He was later picked up by ShadeLexadin, who was unknowing of what he had gotten himself into.

Like all of Lexadins's hatchlings he grew up under the watch of Onryo Flame, who thought Toxin was stillborn, only discover that he was, in fact, undead. This led to him become once again rejected. Onryo, having sworn to protect ALL of Lexadin's hatchlings, forced himself to protect Toxin.

When he grew up, being sick of constantly having been rejected, he decided to start his own 'family' alongside another Vampire "Jacky Frillz". This 'family' slowly grew, accepting many into its arms, eventually becoming the Order of Toxin. Members of the order live away from Lexadin's other Dragons, combining their individual skills to protect each other 'make the family grow'.
