Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Mistletoe Overture is far too goofy to take anything seriously, and given the opportunity he will always choose playing or entertaining over any actual responsibility. He is quite the wildflower when it comes to both the males and females of the weyr, flashing the lovely undersides of his wings for attention when he feels otherwise left out.

He is wholly unable to focus even during clan skirmishes, and has been torn from fights more than enough times to force Preto Osso to chase him back into the cave whenever Mistletoe tries to assist. Despite having the energy and drive to assist his weyrmates, he can't be trusted on the battlefield and instead has to tend to the hatchlings in times of need.

Mistletoe is only serious when it involves his brother, Tinsel Decor. It pains him to see Tinsel so cranky all of the time, and he actively goes out of his way to try to cheer him up. His efforts may not have worked directly, but thanks to him, Tinsel is well loved in the weyr.
