Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Buggy loves her grandparents more than anything in the world. Not because her gramps is such a talented performer, but because his dark and soothing voice used to sing her lullabies. Not because her granny always had the best "stuff" but because she readily shared it with her favourite little hatchling. Not because her other grandaddy and her meemaw were some super-special awe-inducing dragons but because they taught her to be gentle and a bit silly.

Buggy never forgot that hatchlings care about the IMPORTANT things and has preserved her childlike-ness in that regard to this day.
