Khusa dragons thrive in dry, desolate, and rocky areas. Though they can fly, Khusa enjoy honing their climbing skills on foot. Shortly after they hatch, parents are already teaching their young how to pick their way across cliff faces, escarpments, and thin ridges. The young are well cared for by their parents, but other Khusa in the area also look out for the young—despite not forming close-knit groups, these dragons form loose alliances with their closest neighbors. If a threat is spotted, they will attack from above and drive it to the ground where Khusa have an advantage.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Bertrum Piedmont, insisting on being referred to as his whole name (last name included), is a rather dramatic dragon with a penchant for what he calls art. He creates huge piles of stone, uprooted trees, and other various materials around the entrance of his lair, fighting off any dragons who try to settle near him or "ruin his legacy" and insisting that his creations are left pristine.

Nobody dares to "disrespect" his work, though, no matter how dangerous they are for the Keepers and dragons that live around him; the few that have claim that he gets extremely violent when he's irritated, chasing them out from his territory and destroying his own works in fits of rage. It's universally agreed that Bertrum Piedmont really just needs to be left alone  better to have strange stone stacks than an angry Khusa dragon on one's tail.
