Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Holly Bryte is probably the most mischievous Christmas Dragon ever.  She is a member of the Mistletoe Dragon Tribe, and loves playing pranks that involve Christmas.  Her favorite thing to do is to string Mistletoe in unnoticeable places, and then lie in wait for to dragons to come along.  As soon as a male and female dragon walk under the hidden Mistletoe, Holly Bryte will pop out, screeching "SURPRISE!! You have to kiss now!  You have to kiss now!"  and then reveals the hidden Mistletoe.  She is a member of the Arts and Crafts Division, but doesn't really take her job seriously.  She is young and immature, and gives nearly everyone a headache.   Everyone only hopes that she will learn to be more grown up soon.
