Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

For most of this dragon's life, it has been on different treatments for its high blood pressure, these ranging from herbal solutions to relaxing bath salts to magical spells; nothing ever solved the problem long-term. When a dragon from a breed with telepathic capabilities came to live in the cave, the issue was quickly rooted out: the constant pressure of keeping pile upon pile of rocks safe from clumsy, unthinking dragons traipsing about the caves put such a strain on the green creature that its blood pressure rocketed sky-high every time so much as a butterfly landed near one of the myriad piles.  Since the diagnosis, the dragon is undergoing psychological treatment.
