Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It must be very shy since it keeps hiding from you.

It’s gotten slightly bigger! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Aisuchi was deserted by her mother when she believed she was almost at maturity, although ever since that time she has not grown, which is why others call her Aisuchi; the noble White linguist of the cave, Vuroni, gave her this name, for it means Ice Earth, ice because the little Mint is frozen in time, earth since she will never part with the ground on which she was born, for she has no wings.

She is habitually fleeing and hiding from others, as she is a timid, unsociable little thing, like most Mints. She dislikes large dragons and loud noises, yet is not as nervous as the average 'large lizard'. As old as many wise, full-grown dragons in the cave, and even older than some, Aisuchi loathes been treated like a insignificant hatchling, and curses whomever it was who froze her.

Being a Mint, and a hatchling at that, she will likely never get her revenge.
