Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Iwi, like all of the tribe's silver dragons, lives on the island of Molehu. She received her name like all silvers: as a hatchling, her actions, looks, and personality were inspected by the elders and then summed up in a word in Hawaiian. Her name means "bones".  As a hatchling, she would always dig around in hopes of finding bones. She would take these bones back to her small tunnel and attempt to assemble them into a full skeleton and on occasion she would make the smaller bones into jewelry or braid them into her head fringe. Once she got into serious trouble by digging up the bones of an old dragon and attempting to wear them in her head fringe in front of the elders. She still doesn't understand why she got into trouble and to this day she has the bones braided deep into her fringe where no one else can see them.  Even though silvers are not known for killing fellow dragons, there are rumors that Iwi has killed several for their bones.
